Our Team

After acquiring my degree from UAL in 2017, I joined the family business in the Care Home Sector. I have worked diligently under the guidance of Mr Juwaheer, having enjoyed acquiring both a wealth and breadth of knowledge in the management of care to our Service Users and Staff development.

I have been actively involved in the running of Thornton Lodge from 2017, hosting myself with 6 years of experience within both the business and clinical aspects of the Home. I am planning to follow through was an Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health & Social Care in 2023.

I have been working at Thornton Lodge for 4 years now. At Thornton Lodge every day is different. What I like the most about my job is that I can be a part of our residents lives, and that I can support them in throughout good and bad times. I know that mine, as well as other members of staff’s caring attitude make difference in our client’s quality of life. The most satisfying part of my day is when I finish my shift, knowing that everyone was well supported and that all the needs of our clients were met. I take pride in fulfilling my responsibilities the best way I can.
